Serious Organised Crime & Police Act 2005

Section 128 - States that it is an offence to trespass on any protected site in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. Protected Site Meaning:

(a) Nuclear Site.

(b) Designated Site.

A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary of conviction:

(a) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 51 weeks, or

(b) to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale,

or to both.
