Resigning Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and rules you have to follow before handing in your resignation letter to your superior.

To be eligible for a resignation, you must have:

• Served in the force for 7 or more days.

To hand in your resignation letter, you must open a Management Ticket and ping the appropriate person that manages your Unit (Eg: TFU Commander if you are in TFU). You must then submit a formal resignation letter in this format:

Dear [SUPERIOR'S RANK] [SUPERIOR'S LAST NAME],

I have served for [x] days and wish to resign from my position as [POSITION].
[Information on why you are resigning].

Information on Resigning without providing notice:

Failing to provide notice and/or leaving the server whilst serving will result in a Service Blacklist.
